DR. EPSTEIN'S PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY
The skills and the means to change an individual’s appearances is an incredibly important responsibility. It is Dr. Epstein’s approach to provide the most natural appearance, with features in harmony with the rest of the face and body. Many times the patient is merely concerned about, and would benefit most from the improvement of, a minor imperfection; it is not necessary to "resculpt" the entire area, but rather to conservatively but successfully deliver the improvement.
Similarly, when performing rejuvenation surgery, the emphasis is on keeping a natural appearance. For example, the idea behind the blepharoplasty is not to "pull" the face upwards and/or backwards, but rather to conservatively return it to a more youthful position, maintaining normal facial features.
This relatively conservative approach has served both the doctor and his patients well for over 10 years. The best complement the doctor feels his patient can receive after having a surgical procedure is for others to comment how well rested, or how thin, or how happy the patient looks, without anyone noticing the actual results of the surgery.
